I’m a wife, mom, and grandmother in my early 50s who’s embracing this stage of life with a deep commitment to nurturing my body, mind, and emotional well-being. Like so many, I’ve felt the frustration of a healthcare system that often overlooks prevention and dismisses symptoms, and I’ve experienced the exhaustion of corporate America’s grind and the struggle to find balance. But through it all, I’ve come to believe in the transformative power of food, the magic of manifestation, and the irreplaceable value of family, time, love, and community.
